SHIPPING POLICY

We process all orders within 1-2 business days of purchase. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5-10 business days within the United States. Total time from order to delivery is generally 7-14 days.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update after you receive it.

We currently ship within the United States. If you need to inquire about international shipping, contact us at getpurova@gmail.com.

Shipping is free on all orders, no minimums, no exceptions.

Purova is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, or customs. If your order hasn’t arrived within 14 business days, contact us and we’ll investigate immediately.

If your package arrives damaged, email us at getpurova@gmail.com with a photo and your order number. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund right away.
