RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Purova, we stand behind every order. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we make returns simple and stress-free.

You have 30 days from the date your order arrives to request a return. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition and packaging. We cover return shipping, you won’t pay a cent to send it back.

To start a return, email us at getpurova@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with instructions.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method. If your item arrived damaged or defective, we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately, no return required.
